It just happens while you play the game, not while moving your cursor otherwise? Run the defragmenter. If you installed a mod that could be the problem, uninstall it and replace it with the backup files or or reinstall the game. Try using customer support for the PC SA at Take 2. Camera problem.
Lets say, you turn a corner, 90 degrees, and drive straight on, the camera will auto center after about 4-5 seconds. It auto centers, but its just SO SLOW. All that needs to be done, is to speed up the auto center, so it was just like in GTA3, VC and SA.
Thanks, Jamal! Indeed, the issue with San Andreas was in CPU affinity, and moreover setting affinity on the launch (eg. using "start /affinity 1 gta-sa.exe") doesn't work - it explicitly has to be set when the process is already running. I'm fed up with all the task manager clicking, so I made a short powershell script. Ie.
If you move the mouse around while in a car, it changes the wheels' direction. If you want it to change the camera angle instead (which is what I want), you'll have to hold down the right mouse button. While this is a minor inconvenience, I'd rather have it happen by default.
problem is not going away, especially when driving or fighting. When you. start to fight or drive, the camera goes nuts and correcting it takes. several seconds. Hopefully they will put out a patch or someone will make a. mod that gives us Vice City type controls.
There is a cinematic camera when you get on the train in Gta San Andreas, but unfortunately it cannot be used for others. New cleo mods are starting to appear. I think we can get a cleo mod soon, insha'Allah.

I can not remap or use certain keys and mouse buttons in GTA IV. I want to use the right mouse button to move forward on food controls, but it will not let me use it. I am able to map the right mouse button to some other foot controls, just not move forward, and I am able to map it to accelerate for driving controls.
Im trying to think of a way to explain it, but it seems its quite a challenge. I mean the problem with the frame limiter, by using silentpatch on the downgraded GTA:SA, and having Frame Limiter on.
johnnyappleweed Jul 27, 2015 @ 10:26pm. Go into Options for Controller - choose Keyboard Settings, then Vehicle, then click the 'M' for Mouse Look' - then you'll look up and down when you move the mouse to do so - I use a mouse with a ball on top - you dont move the mouse at all - only the ball - seems to work best for GTA-SA, as far as looking
