Checkthe J9 relay as if this fails the heated screen will not work. its in the panel in the boot you have 3 relays on the bottom left its the nearest left relay. The condenser had corroded and leaked causing it to stop working. Audi dealer and Halfords were useless. I got an independent Air con specialist to diagnose it and do the work.
