I have used the fluid for years on my face and body, it's great as s night moisturizer. It's too slippery for a day routine because of high mineral oil content. I found it calming and soothing for my acne, I never broke out from it.
UVA light is responsible for aging and comprises 95% of all UV light that reaches us, so this is maybe not the best protection in that respect. Personally, I found a full dose to not protect very well against tanning when I wore it from 5pm-8pm outside with a wide-brimmed hat.
